Durga Puja

After few years of club establishment, the members felt to start Bengali s biggest festival i.e Durga Puja. After lot of persuasions and efforts, members were able to perform Durga Puja on 1946. Initially, due to lack of space, the Durga Puja was performed in different locations in each year and members had to face very hardship for arranging puja. Later in the year 1971. Late Shri Gopinath Roy donated about 2 kathas( around 1500 sq.ft) land. Some other members had also followed his footsteps. Members got permanent place for Du rga Puja at 15 Kailash Banerjee Lane,Howrah-1.
